LetsLink Code of Ethics and Code of Professional Practice is binding upon all management,
employees and affiliates, associates and individual affiliates.
Code of Ethics:
To ensure that a non-discriminative and ethical recruitment process is followed by providing a
trustworthy, honest, respectful and responsible recruitment process.
Code of Professional Practice:
To act in the best interests of our clients and candidates, ensuring that our candidates trust us with their future careers and that we provide our clients with the very best person for the opportunity at hand.
Not to charge candidates for our services.
Never place misleading job advertisements.
Interview correctly to ensure proper matching.
Treat all candidates equally, do not discriminate based on gender, race, origin, religion or political views and review candidates based on merits.
Review candidates base on merits.
Only solicit information that is necessary.
Maintain confidentiality on the use and storage for the candidates and client’s information. Obtain consent to release candidates details for a specific vacancy. Conduct ourselves in a transparent fashion.
Adhere to the POPI Act principals.
