The LetsLink Code of Ethics and Code of Professional Practice is binding upon all management, employees and affiliates, associates and individual affiliates.
Code of Ethics:
To ensure that a non-discriminative and ethical recruitment and human resource process is followed by providing a trustworthy, honest, respectful and responsible service.
Code of Professional Practice:
To act in the best interests of our clients and to provide them with the very best human resources and recruitment service possible.
Ensuring that our candidates trust us with their future careers and that we provide them with a professional and ethical recruitment service.
Not to charge candidates for our services.
Treat all Clients and Candidates equally, do not discriminate based on gender, race, origin, religion or political views.
Only solicit information that is necessary.
Maintain confidentiality on the use and storage for the client’s and candidates information.
Conduct ourselves in a transparent fashion.
Adhere to the POPI Act principals and all relevant Human Resource and Industrial Relations Acts and laws of South Africa.
